We opened school’s blog, and I’m one of the administrators We opened it although we didn’t get the approval from the head master It was kinda protest against her ..or dunno Anyway, I’m also its ‘designer’, but unfortunately WordPress doesn’t allow own made themes for blogs, which means I have to customize the actual theme, and this kinda sucks I can’t show off my webdesigning skills We got a quite big number of visitors in the first 2 days from opening (about 500 by this moment I guess), so basically this was the happiest thing that happened to me this weekend

Oh yeah…it was Valentine’s Day on Saturday This year it was even more insignificant for me lol The last years, at least I received presents. Well, I didn’t have a boyfriend either, but I had admirers..haha This year I received just a big headache and an urge to dance with Marian! You know I told you about all that dance and trip to Barcelona issue and this possibility of dancing with that 13 years old skinny boy called Marian Oh…this weekend at training the coach obliged me to dance with him! I don’t have nothing with him, he’s a polite boy, but I just can’t dance with him. I feel like crying after every training I had to dance with him And it’s not his fault! It’s like….faith’s fault! Arghh..dunno Anyway, I’m so sad and disappointed now My only hope lies in Razvan, cause if he decides to come I may have a change to dance with him. But if the coach wants him to dance with Ramona, it will be like he haven’t came at all, and I’ll be ‘doomed’ to dance with Marian But there still might be yet another chance, though I’m a bit sceptical about this Bianca, one of the girls in the team and a very good friend, said that she has a classmate who practices dance at the same club with Razvan, and that she’ll tell him about this situation and try to convince him and his parents as well to join us to Barcelona. In this situation, both me and Ramona would have a partner, and very good ones in fact. This would be like those dreamy movie-like happy ends, which is kinda less likely to happen, but I still keep hoping anyway

Ahh…hope you had better weekends and Valentine’s Days than me! And yet another hope, my next blog will be strewed with good and great news only! ^^

Yesterday, we had the parents’ meeting for Barcelona, to decide whether we will go or not to that IDF World Championship. I wanted to blog about it last evening after I came from the parents’ meeting, but mom had something to work on the computer so I didn’t have time.
So, Ramona, Irina and I remained in the gym hall to train with the little ones, while all the parents and some of our team mates went with one of our coaches(Misses Toma) in a classroom to discuss. I was feeling both anxious and nervous to find out what they finally decided cause I felt things won’t go that easy… The price is maybe a bit high (500 euros) and I knew that this may raise problems for some of us. When they finally finished, Misses Toma came into the gym having a pretty disappointed face, so I immediately thought something might had gone wrong. Then we went into the hall, where all the parents had gathered. They told us that Dragos and Mihai won’t come to Barcelona, cause their parents think the price is too high But…just for you to know why this fact is to disastrous for me… Mihai is MY partner, and Dragos is Ramona’s (my best friend) partner However, this is kinda disaster for the whole team, not only that we were the 2 most balanced couples and we were the only that could do all the figures, but in this situation we are just 3 couples (with boys smaller than girls ), 2 girls without partner ( Ramona and I) and also one boy that doesn’t have a partner. So I was offered to dance with Marian, the other boy that doesn’t have a partner, but..WTF? He’s like 13 years old (and I’m almost 15), a lot smaller than me and I can bet he’s unable to hold me even at the most simple figure I’m so angry at Mihai and Dragos, cause I can’t figure out how they pretend to be out of money for this, when other parents, that I can bet that earn less money and their parents, said there is no problem and they allow their children to go to Barcelona. I think this is just rude, and it’s because they don’t want to come not because they don’t have the money. They have known the price for more than a week ago, so they could have told us since the moment they found out that they can’t come, so we could try to find some other boys. I have to admit that I have known for about a week that Mihai may not come, cause his grandma phoned and told my mother, but as long as he still came to trainings the whole week, I thought there still might be a chance. However, Ramona was more than sure that Dragos will come, and was really shocked when his mother lost her yesterday Besides this, Ramona also injured her leg quite seriously while training, so I reckon she won’t be able to train properly for a week or even more I was so frustrated that I almost burst into tears I consider they are kinda thick skins they don’t come, cause I can bet is not about money, as long as my parents can afford this, their parents should be able to afford it too, even easier perhaps A short time after I arrived home, Ramona called me to tell that Misses Cojocaru (the other coach) phoned her and proposed to ask Razvan whether he wants to join us again. He was in our team last year, but he left because he didn’t want to dance with the partner he had anymore. Missed Cojocaru told Ramona that she should dance with Razvan and I should dance with Marian-the 13 years old thin boy I told you about before . Of course Ramona said she couldn’t do such a thing because she knows that there was something ermm… ..let’s call ‘special’ between me and Razvan I told Ramona that if Razvan accepts to come, we should let him choose his partner between me and her, and the one that isn’t chosen will dance with poor bad dancing Marian I know it sounds like ‘chance lottery’ , but we don’t have another solution So last night I waited until Razvan signed on messenger and asked him whether he’d like to join us again. He said he doesn’t know, and then he sent a crying smiley when he heard he has to choose between me and Ramona Out chances to be chosen by him are really really equal and I know is a tough decision for him Anyway, when I say he isn’t giving me a certain answer I just told him to please think about it and then signed off. Today at school, Misses Toma (who’s also the sports teacher in our school ) came to our class to see whether Ramona’s injured leg is getting better. We told her about Misses Cojocaru’s idea to ask Razvan, and she totally disagreed So now I’m feeling like guilty, and I really don’t know what to do if the boy finally decides to come What should I tell him? ‘Oh well, you see…that was Misses Cojocaru’s idea, but Misses Toma doesn’t want you to join us, and you know the final decision is hers…so…I’m sorry…you can’t come *puts some big grins here* . Oh no! This would make things between me and him even worse I just hope he forgets everything I told him last night! Anyway, he’s online for half an hour now and he hasn’t said anything yet, so he may have forgotten or decided not to come It feels so weird for me to say such things when I wanted so much to have him between us again, and maybe even as a dance partner *dreamy face here* , but I really don’t want to complicate things and make my coach angry at me

Fingers crossed for us please! I really want to go to Barcelona!

I was supposed to have a holiday week this week, but actually I feel a lot more tired than I used to be after a normal school week This is mainly because I had like 2 trainings each day, one for gymnastics and one for dance, either between an hour and a half or two. My schedule in this holiday looked like that: from 10:00 or 10:30 I had dance, and after that I remained from 12:00 to 1:30 or 2:00 for gymnastics, which was quite painful because we were trying to make the free cartwheel (this means the cartwheel without hands, kind of a jump) and I failed and hit the ground with my bottom so many times that my legs were really hurting. However, today I finally managed to do it well, without any assistance, so this is today’s greatest deed. Yay! When I did it the first time today, I didn’t even realised that I’m gonna do it. I just remember I was like flying and then I woke up standing firmly on my legs Also today, we helped our teacher to clean the biology lab, which is our classroom as well. It was so much dust in there, that I’m still sniffing now and my eyes are tearing a lot. I’m really surprised that the Mushroom..Ah! Sorry..I meant our teacher finally decided to get rid of some old creepy jar where she kept in a certain liquid ( I don’t how it’s called in English) some dead frogs We where so enthusiastic in breaking those jars, so we went to the place where school’s garbage is usually thrown and just let them drop on the ground. What a nice cracking noise! Anyway, we were a little disappointed that the liquid inside didn’t have anything special, it just smelt like ordinary medical alcohol We were too disgusted to look closer at the poor dead frogs, so we left.
We learned so many new step combination for dance, and so many and amazing figures that I’m so looking forward to training a lot and going to Barcelona in May. Unfortunately there’s nothing sure yet The prize rises up to about 500 euros(this includes 220 euros for the plane ticket, 140 euros accommodation for 4 days, about 100 euros for food and I don’t know exactly how much for the taxes the federation requires). Some parents already said that it’s way too much, and they won’t let their children go. Personally, I don’t think it’s that much, because it’s a big distance between Romania and Barcelona. The fact that annoys me the most is that my dance partner’s grandma phoned on Tuesday evening saying that she won’t let her grandchild go to Barcelona because she sees no good reason in this trip I thought the whole night of different plans, finding another partner (and Ramona came up with a really really great idea..ahh… ) Although, the boy is still coming to trainings, which I really do not understand If you say that is too expensive, than why aren’t you telling me straight you’re not coming anymore?! If he had told me he isn’t coming, I would have asked another boy if he could come and I would have started my apologizing speeches I really don’t know what should I do. I reckon I just have to wait until Tuesday, when the coach scheduled a meeting with the parents In case all the other parents let their children go to Barcelona, except for my partner’s parents, I think it’s anyway kinda late, cause the plane tickets’ prize is growing and growing day by day, and it may take a while until I convince the other boy to come I dunno…it’s such a tough situation Hope everything will be fine in the end!

You might have said that I did a lot of updates in this one week holiday, but I did nothing Except for leaving and returning some comments, I couldn’t get myself to do anything. It’s mainly because my eyes started hurting a lot when I’m staying too much in front of the computer, so I tried to spend as less time as I could on the computer, cause I really don’t want to damage them even more Ah! I almost forgot to tell you something pretty funny..well it’s pretty funny for the other, but for me it’s quite annoying and means an even busier schedule. This week, as I was at school everyday for gymnastics (like it hasn’t been holiday at all! ) I always met the geography teacher. For a while she was asking me and my friend Ramona whether we want to go to a geography contest. Of course we refused her saying that we don’t have time to study, that we’ll think about it and so on. This week she was suddenly rising from nowhere at every step we took through the school asking us whether we want to go to that stupid contest. Do you know those stupid cartoon characters that always rise from nowhere and appear in the scenery with those super annoying faces? She’s exactly like those Whether we were entering the school, going to the bath or changing or clothes, she appeared and asked the same old stupid question about the contest!!! I said that I’ll go to that geography contest just to get rid of this LEECH! Today really was a great day cause away from that done free cartwheel, there was no Ghermanschi(that’s her name) in the school! Yay

On Sunday, while we were training for dance, our coach told us something that made us quite upset. It is possible that The IFMD World Championship held in Greece will be in the same period with our final exams 7 members of our dance small group of 8 have those exams on 5th, 11st, and 21st of May, so going to Greece it’s almost impossible. Our coach will go there only with the high school dancers and the little ones from 1-4 grades. Anyway, our mood improved on Monday when we talked again to our coach and she said that we may go to the IDF World Championship that will be held in Barcelona, Spain from 28th to 31st May, which is a more favorable period for us. So finally, we still have a chance . Going to Barcelona means traveling by plane, just 8 or 9 and our coach, and I can already see a lot of fun! I just hope for the best!
I had to be quick cause now I have to go training for gymnastics. Yay for danilovas and backflips! ^^
